At Eaglecast TV, we want every customer to feel good about their subscription. This page explains exactly what you can expect if a paid plan doesn't work out — before you buy and after.
1. Free Trial
We offer a free 24-hour trial with no credit card required. You'll get full access to every channel and feature in your chosen plan. After 24 hours, the trial expires on its own — you won't be charged unless you actively choose to subscribe.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you've subscribed to a paid plan and you're not happy — for any reason — you can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment. That's it. We don't need an explanation.
- Refund requests must come in within 24 hours of the original payment.
- This covers first-time purchases only — not subscription renewals.
- We'll send the money back to whatever payment method you used.
- Expect the funds to appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. How to Request a Refund

Just include the email address on your account and the rough date of your payment. We handle all refund requests within 48 hours of hearing from you.
4. Renewals
Your plan renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Charges that go through at renewal aren't covered by the money-back guarantee. If you don't want to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before that date. Not sure how? Drop us a message and we'll walk you through it.
5. Exceptions
There are a few situations where a refund won't apply:
- The request arrives more than 24 hours after your initial payment.
- Your account was suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — for example, sharing login credentials with others.
- A chargeback has already been filed with your bank. Please come to us directly instead — we're much faster to deal with.
6. Technical Issues
Seeing buffering, missing channels, or connection problems? Please reach out to our support team before you request a refund. Most technical problems are fixed within a few minutes. We're available around the clock via WhatsApp — whatever time zone you're in.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this page from time to time. Any changes take effect on the date they're published here. If you subscribed before a change, the terms that applied when you paid are the ones that count for you.
