Terms & Conditions
Take a few minutes to read through these before you start watching. We've written them in plain English — no legal jargon overload.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") cover your use of the Eaglecast TV website at eaglecasts.tv and our IPTV subscription service. When you sign up, start a trial, or browse the site, you're agreeing to what's written here. If you don't agree, that's okay — but you shouldn't use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Creating an account, starting a free trial, or buying a subscription all count as acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If any part of this doesn't work for you, please don't sign up — we'd rather be upfront about it.
2. What We Offer
Eaglecast TV gives you access to a large library of live TV channels and on-demand content streamed over your internet connection. We offer several subscription options:
- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles.
- Single-screen, dual-screen, and multi-screen plans depending on how many people in your household need access.
- A free 7-day trial — one per account, no credit card games.
Channel availability can shift by region and we may update our content library without prior notice. We'll always do our best to keep you informed of major changes.
3. Your Account
- You'll need a working email address to create an account — that's how we reach you.
- Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.
- Don't share your credentials with anyone outside your household. Each plan is for personal, household use only — not for reselling or sharing with strangers.
- You need to be at least 18 years old (or the legal adult age in your country) to subscribe.
4. What You Can Do
We want you to enjoy the service. Here's what's totally fine:
- Stream channels and on-demand content on your own devices for personal, non-commercial viewing.
- Use the service across the number of simultaneous connections your plan allows — in your household.
5. What You Can't Do
A short list of things that'll get your account suspended immediately:
- Selling, sharing, or redistributing your login credentials to anyone outside your home.
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to access any part of the service.
- Trying to bypass geographic restrictions or security measures we have in place.
- Recording, capturing, or re-sharing any streamed content for redistribution — that's a copyright issue, not just a terms violation.
- Running any kind of commercial operation using our service without written permission from us.
- Doing anything that puts unusual load on our servers or interferes with other subscribers' experience.
Breaking any of these rules means immediate account suspension. No refund will be issued in that case.
6. Payment & Billing
- Prices are shown in USD. Depending on your location, local taxes may apply at checkout.
- We use third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, and cryptocurrency options). We don't store your card details — ever.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing anniversary unless you cancel first.
- We'll send you a reminder before renewal. If you don't want to continue, cancel before the renewal date — we can't refund a charge that's already gone through.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel any time. Just reach out via WhatsApp or our contact form. Your access stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't cut you off early.
8. Refunds
Our full refund policy lives at refund-policy.html. Short version: first-time purchases come with a 24-hour money-back window. Renewals aren't refundable once they've processed.
9. Service Uptime
We work hard to keep things running — we're targeting 99.9% uptime. That said, there are a few things we can't control:
- Your own internet connection speed or stability.
- Planned or emergency maintenance windows.
- Events outside our control — power outages, natural disasters, that sort of thing.
- Outages on the broadcaster's end, or changes to content licensing agreements.
We won't charge you for prolonged outages on our end, but we can't compensate for the ones above.
10. Intellectual Property
The TV channels and content you watch through Eaglecast TV are owned by or licensed to the original broadcasters. We don't own the broadcast content — we're the delivery layer. Everything else — the Eaglecast TV website, branding, and code — belongs to us.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Eaglecast TV won't be on the hook for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. If something goes wrong and it's on us, our liability is capped at what you paid for your current subscription period — nothing more.
12. Indemnification
If your actions while using the service create a legal problem for us — a third-party claim, lawsuit, or related expense — you agree to cover those costs. This applies to violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. If there's ever a dispute, we'll try to sort it out through honest conversation first. If we can't reach an agreement, binding arbitration is the next step — not a drawn-out court process.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after an update, that counts as acceptance of the new version. We won't change anything without updating that date.
15. Contact
Got a question about these Terms? We're easy to reach — head to our contact page and we'll get back to you quickly.
